The Bangladesh Tea Association carries out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities on behalf of its members by donating to different causes during natural disasters and calamities in the country.

The Association donated Tk. 1,00,00,000 (Taka One Crore) to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund on behalf of its members in 2020 to assist the government to fight the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bangladesh.

The Association also works closely with local and international social welfare organizations and UN bodies to better the lives of the tea workers and their families in the industry.
